3 of them make up 96% of what we need -
Calciums 60%, Phosphate 24%, Potassium 12%
81 of them make up the other 4%

Our bodies are built from minerals and water. Many of the health challenges faced today are the results of a mineral deficiency. According to the official U.S. Senate Document #264, “99% of American people are deficient in minerals and a marked deficiency in any one of the more important minerals actually results in disease.” Nobel prize winner Dr. Linus Pauling wrote, “You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment, ultimately, to a mineral deficiency.” The cure for mineral deficiency? = fresh, raw, ripe and organic foods.
To be absorbed by the cells a mineral has to be smaller than a micron (one millionth of a meter - 10 to the -6). If a mineral is larger than a micron it will be absorbed into our bloodstream and not into our cells. The large minerals will cause a toxic build up and become deposited into our tissues. The minerals must be smaller than a micron for our cells to assimilate and utilize them. The human body cannot properly utilize a mineral unless it is in a colloidal state (less than 0.5 micro in size) or angstrom state (one thousandanth of a micro). Most mineral supplements on the market have minerals too large to be absorbed by the cells. They should be either angstrom sized or chelated (absorbed from the soil into plants) and colloidal (less than 0.5 micro in size).
There are a total of 90 minerals and 23 of them are essential for optimal health. Sea vegetables have all 90 minerals. Dulse, kelp, nori. The most mineral rich land food is wheat grass. It will hold all 90 minerals if they are present in the soil. Celtic sea salt and Himalayan salt also have all 90 minerals but most of them are too big too be assimilated. Sea salt sounds like a good idea but there is no science to back up the claim.
