My Five Signals

 

5 Signals
 Our bodies give us 5 basic signals for what it needs for survival. 
The signals are WATER, SUGAR, FAT, PROTEIN, and SALT.  
 
We crave these 5 elements in our diet and they must be satisfied in the correct balance or we get sick and die.  After we have balanced our body ecology to create an EcoAerobic balance - which will be the correct ratio of 85% to 15% of aerobic bacteria to anaerobic bacteria - our bodies will crave real foods to satisfy the body signals.  We will maintain balanced body ecology by consuming the correct balance of these 5 elements. 
 
Before pursing the EcoAerobic Lifestyle, most of us had and maybe still have - certain food addictions.  Because our body ecology was way out of balance we craved and were addicted to things that, even though they satisfied the signals, were bad choices.  I think you would agree there is a better way to satisfy the Sugar, Fat and Salt signal than potato chips and soda. Or how about pizza to satisfy all 5 signals. 
 
Most food addictions are rooted in SUGAR, FAT, SALT, PROTEIN, and LIQUIDS.  These are the 5 signals that the body needs to survive BUT – Our signals have been tainted because of our bad body ecology.  Look at all the foods you crave from ice cream to candy to potato chips to fried chicken to a huge list of processed cooked choices – Do you want to eat nutrients or toxins?  As your body ecology changes, your choices will change naturally and automatically. 
 
WATER – Most of our water should come from the fruits and vegetables that we eat.  It is the purest of all waters because of the purification process it goes through to get into the plant.  It is highly alkaline and structured and is by far the best transport system for the nutrients in the food.  The body also needs pure distilled water to carry nutrients to the cells and metabolic wastes from the cells to be eliminated from the body. 
 
SUGAR – The sugar in fruit is highly digestible and because of the fiber in the fruit is absorbed at the perfect rate into the blood. On the other hand, high fructose corn syrup is highly addicting and since it is not satisfying you always want more.  Raw wild honey is also acceptable. 
 
FAT – Avocados and Coconut Oil are 2 excellent sources for fat along with the oil in nuts and seeds.  Any kind of processed oil, even olive oil, and especially hydrogenated oil is very hard on the system and is best left in the bottle at the store.  You don’t need it – its wasted calories with no nutrients.  However, oils found in nuts and seeds are part of a whole food and the body will recognize it as a whole food and be able to digest it and utilize the omega 3 oils.   
    
PROTEIN - an EcoAerobic raw foodist gets their amino acids from the same place that animals get theirs – from plants.  Fruits, vegetables,nuts, and seeds supply enough amino acids for a human body to flourish with.  We don’t need animal protein to survive.  Science has proven and the medical industry is now admitting that animal protein is detrimental to your health.  The meat and dairy industries have led us to believe that their products are good for us and nothing could be farther from the truth. 
 
SALT – Our bodies require some salt and the closer to natural the better like the sodium in celery.  Sea salt is the latest fad in the health food industry.  It is advertised as having 90+ trace minerals that the body needs.  Yes, the body needs those 90 minerals but unfortunately, the minerals and salts in sea salt are not in the colloidal form the body requires to be assimilated.  The minerals and salts in sea salt have to be processed by the liver and eliminated form the body.  If you want a little salt - use pure sodium chloride with no additives.  Kosher salt is pure sodium chloride.
 
Once our intestinal flora is EcoAerobically balanced – our bodies will once again give the proper signal and we can respond appropriately with the right choices.  Health and vitality are only 5 signals away.  EcoAerobic intuition will give you the ears to hear the signal.
 

The body gives out 5 major signals to our enteric brain (intestinal tract ecology) of what it needs to grow and flourish.  The signals are Water, Sugar, Fat, Protein, and Salt.   I respond to those signals with the purest ingredients that I can.  Before my enteric brain was functioning as it was designed to do, I would respond to the signals with choices that were leading me down a path towards poor health and disease.
 

 
 
                              
 
Eating essential fatty acids are found in abundance in centrifuge extracted coconut oil, white chia seeds, and avocados. I do not eat any fat that has been heated or cold pressed.
 
                          
 
Blending the 5 signals allow for them to work synergistically as they are compounded into their highest digestability.   Minerals can only be balanced when the body's sugar and salt levels are balanced.  Cellular salts play a very large role in the symbiotic lifestyle.
 

 
By eating the 5 signals in my smoothies it eliminates any cravings I would normally
have for denatured foods since I am getting nature's perfect signals in each 5 signal
smoothie. It is a known fact that the less we eat the longer we live. Eating 5 signal

The fifth signal is the water signal.  Pure Water is the essence of life.
We can survive months with little or no food.
We can only survive a few days without water.

Our bodies give us signals of what it needs for health. 
The 5 signals are water, salt, fat, protein, and sugar.
 
When the 5 signals are satisfied with unnatural, man-made food or merchandise, the body will respond by continuing to signal for the real food.  Only raw whole foods will satisfy the signals.
 
Unsatisfied signals will create primarily:
            Wateravores - Saltavores - Fatavore - Proteinavores - Sugaravores                      

 
Secondarily, these unsatisfied signals will also create:
                Juiceavores - Starchavores - Cultivores - Blendavores - Alcoholavores - Drugavores
 
All these avores are responding to real signals from the body but in ways that don't satisfy the signal.  The body's signals will not give up because it's all about survival.   When your internal systems are clogged with mucus, plaque, toxins, poisons, undigested foods, impacted wastes, and a host of other things that should not be in a human body, your health and vitality will diminish and the aging process will accelerate. 
 
In order to respond to a signal correctly, a person would first have to start the process of detoxification.  A toxified body will not respond even to a correct signal response.  So you see trying to fight the cravings and addictions is very difficult if not impossible with a polluted body ecology.  This is why we say diet revision doesn't work and we don't promote an EcoAerobic diet.  As your body ecology changes, your diet will change automatically.  You will be able to respond accurately to the 5 signals with raw whole living food.
